View details →The Mini50GB is a high precision cleaver to be used with fusion splicers for cutting the optical fibers. The cleaver is equipped with an integrated system to place and fix the fibers, a diamond blade which allows 90° cuts with a maximum tolerance of 0,5° and a collector for the surpluses of the cut fibers.
View details →Compact tool for testing individual optical fibers and for problem solving before and during the termination. By emitting red light it detects fault points in fiber patch cords or in fiber segments close to the connector. Detection range up to 3 Km
View details →Termination kit for pre-polished ST/SC/LC connectors, both multimode and single-mode. The suitable connectors for this system contain a short length of an optical fiber fixed with resin and polished. Once the optical fibers are cleaned, they will be cut with the "Pretium Flat Cleaver", inserted into the pre-polished connector up to the internal fiber-end and mechanically fixed with the "UniCam Pretium Installation Tool". Thanks to the CTS integrated system for the splice verification, the immediate test of the performance can be made through two simple leds.
View details →Fusion splicer, with adaptive clad alignment type V-Groove for the splicing of single-mode and multimode optical fibers or pigtails. The ends of the two optical fibers to splice, after proper alignment, are spliced by ensuring absolute continuity of the optical wave guide. Splicing is obtained by heating the fibers through an electric arc.
