FF4S+ Active Clad alignment fusion splicer
Fusion splicer, with adaptive clad alignment type V-Groove for the splicing of single-mode and multimode optical fibers or pigtails. The ends of the two optical fibers to splice, after proper alignment, are spliced by ensuring absolute continuity of the optical wave guide. Splicing is obtained by heating the fibers through an electric arc.

The connector consists of a polymer body and a ceramic ferrule/spring/crimp barrel assembly in addition to a crimp-over sleeve and rubber boot. These connectors are suitable for 900Î1⁄4m, 2mm and 3mm cables. The connector is precision-made and manufactured under demanding specifications. The combination of a ceramic ferrule with polymer housing provides consistent, long-term mechanical and optical performance.
