A Fan-Out is used to facilitate the conversion from the ribbon to individual fiber format. Used in fiber distribution panels and interconnect modules these ribbon pigtails are suitable for mass fusion splicing. These Fanouts eliminate tedious individual fiber splicing and connectorization.
