Loose fiber optic cable type A-DQ(BN)(SR)2Y, with corrugated steel tape metallic armour, PE (Polyethylene) outer jacket, 250?m fiber primary coating, longitudinal and transverse water penetration resistant. The corrugated steel armour offers a high mechanical protection against rodents and compressive stresses. Optical fibers are kept together inside a thermoplastic tube filled with water-blocking gel to prevent moisture penetration.
